Sara Wright MBA MA FCIPD

Sara has over 25 years of business experience, working as an Executive Board level Director and experienced practitioner in a cross section of global businesses including: FMCG, utilities, e-commerce, warehousing, electronic, pharmaceutical, executive education, and the adult care sector. Before setting up her own company, Navigating Choices, her career included senior Executive roles in HR, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Consultancy and Change Management; designing and delivering everything from first line supervisor training to working with Executive teams on team performance, from coaching CEOs to giving feedback to Boards.

 

Sara has implemented major change projects, sat as an Executive Director responsible for the business and implemented culture change in various businesses. This background gives her incredible depth and breadth of understanding of how people can work together, in organisations, to bring about change, be that organisational, team or individual.

Sara spent 5 years working for Said Business School, University of Oxford as a Client Director designing and delivering executive education, was a very well-regarded Programme Director, and Tutor, that helped build capability and embed sustainable change with a focus on the impact on the employee. By utilising her coaching, design, teaching and facilitation skills, she supported leaders to build cohesiveness and alignment in delivering their strategies. She is now an Associate Fellow at Said.

As a Master EMCC practitioner executive coach with over 20 years experience, Sara has worked and helped individuals in career transitions, senior leaders to meet the challenges of their roles, and executives leading teams. She has gained a reputation for being able to open up spaces that are safe, supportive and challenging – allowing clients to explore their issues, dilemmas and potential and make choices about how they choose to lead and be.

Sara holds an Executive MBA from Ashridge Business School (awarded through CASS), a Masters in Coaching & Mentoring and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. She has Level A and B (intermediate) accreditation with the British Psychological Society and is qualified to use a variety of psychometric instruments including: NEO, WAVE, 16PF, MBTI, TMI, Hogan/HDI.
