Coaching
Coaching can support a person in becoming who they want to be, and being the best they can be, whatever the context or circumstance. Sometimes clients come wanting career coaching, or coaching through a difficult situation at work; it might be working through how to be a good enough parent and employee, or how to be a better leader.
Coaching is not based on instruction, advising, or providing answers, although in some instances there may be a need for content rich coaching. Instead a coach will work with you as a facilitator or guide helping to raise your self-awareness through analysis and reflection, and therefore enabling you to formulate your own ideas and solutions, making choices about what you want to do now. By creating a trusting working alliance, a coach will both support and challenge.

Coaching sessions are usually 6 x sessions of 1-2 hours; the coach may recommend the use of psychometrics depending on the coaching need.

Whether your team is newly formed, has a high employee turnover, or you want to create a high-performance culture, we can work with you to design a bespoke solution that works through the team dynamics, establish a common purpose/goal, ensure clear accountability and deliver results. We have extensive experience of working with Executive and Senior teams, as well as functional teams.
Sometimes it is useful to use psychometrics or team diagnostics to help gather data and information regarding the team.
